Marketing text messages will be sent only when Noor has obtained any consent required by applicable law. Consent to promotional communications is not a condition of purchasing tutoring services.

Parents, guardians, and adult students are responsible for ensuring they have authority to share assignments, evaluations, report cards, and other educational materials with Noor.

Clients should not provide Noor or its tutors with school-portal passwords. When school-platform access is needed, the parent or student should ordinarily log in and maintain control of the account.

11. Photographs, Testimonials, and Publicity

Noor will not publicly disclose a minor student’s photograph, full identity, private educational records, or detailed success story merely because the student received services.

Separate permission may be requested before identifiable student information, photographs, videos, private messages, or detailed testimonials are used for promotional purposes.
